We offer this coarse to girl / women who don't know the first thing
about self-defence or who don't have the time to look for a self defence
class even though they know attacks apron women has increased greatly within the
Stockholm area and they are at risk. No matter unless put within reach
and under theirs noses most would never make the effort to try self
defence classes unless put within easy reach like within the school or
collage they attend so they have no journey or major effort to start
learning to defend themselves and maybe not becoming just another
statistic by become someone next victim!

So we suggest a short coarse we can provide!

Included in this coarse:

Information on the do's and don'ts to help awareness of moment and
vulnerability and how not to be! Quick techniques on self defence methods shown and executed Self preservation and defence awareness, Common sense
Group training, individual practice of techniques and movements
Plus question time and follow up if need
Test Coarse CD " A digital book of the set off techniques in the coarse"
